Job Description:
Sr. Specialist Technical Project Manager

The Role:
As a Sr. Project Specialist, Go-To-Market lead, you will play a crucial role in driving awareness and adoption of technology across the organization.

This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document updates to the Salesforce system and other commercial technologies, ensuring a thorough understanding of new features and their benefits.

You will develop, curate, and maintain comprehensive training guides, user manuals, and quick reference materials that effectively communicate system enhancements and best practices for usage.

A key responsibility is to design and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for team members, ensuring they are well-prepared to utilize new functionalities and tools effectively.

Your ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable plans for non-technical stakeholders is vital in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with product and project colleagues to gather, analyze, and document updates to the Salesforce system and other commercial technologies.
  • Develop, curate, and maintain comprehensive training guides, user manuals, and quick reference materials.
  • Design and facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and webinars for team members.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical information into user-friendly content.
