About the Job
  • We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager who will be responsible for verifying sales delivery documents and records, preparing and issuing sales invoices, and assisting in accounting entries.
  • The successful candidate will also be required to check invoices, income records, and related sales processes, as well as support accounts receivable tracking and follow-up.
  • This role will involve recording expenses according to company policy, processing and verifying employee reimbursement claims and petty cash advances, and supporting fixed asset records and periodic verification.
  • In addition, the Finance Manager will reconcile other receivables and payables, provide support in monthly closing of expense-related accounting, and maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with company policies.
  • The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and 3-5 years of finance or accounting-related work experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and MS Office is preferred, and strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow processes are essential.
  • Diligent, organized, and proactive individuals with good communication skills in English are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of finance or accounting-related work experience.
Required Skills
  • Basic knowledge of local accounting standards and IFRS.
  • Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and MS Office preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to follow processes.
  • Diligent, organized, and proactive in work.
  • Ability to work under supervision and manage routine tasks effectively.
  • Good communication skills in English.
