We are seeking a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to join our IT team. You will play a crucial role in managing daily tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and serving as a liaison between clients and developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing projects' operational tasks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communications, from initial requirement gathering to final delivery.
  • Assist in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
  • Support the Project Manager in leading team meetings, sprint planning, and reviews.
  • Oversee team management, ensuring clear communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams.
  • Document, track, and update project progress using tools like Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
  • Organize and participate in client meetings, providing updates, clarifying requirements, and managing expectations.
  • Monitor risks, issues, and blockers, escalating when necessary with mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and requirement documents.
  • Ensure quality assurance and adherence to best practices throughout the execution and delivery phases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination or assistant project management role in an IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).
  • Experience in handling client-facing roles and understanding client needs.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, Excel etc.).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

  • Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or Scrum Master).
  • Experience working in software development, web design, or digital agency settings.
  • Familiarity with tech stacks and IT terminologies.
