Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technical, operational, and analytical aspects of marketing campaigns to ensure their success.

You will oversee the marketing technology stack, execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns, maintain CRM workflows, and provide actionable insights to refine marketing strategies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and executing ABM campaigns, as well as strong understanding of email marketing best practices and segmentation strategies.

Additionally, you will track and analyze campaign performance metrics, develop and maintain dashboards to visualize ABM account engagement and campaign effectiveness, and use data insights to recommend optimizations for targeting, messaging, and channel allocation.

Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing operations, ABM, or demand generation roles
  • Strong understanding of account-based marketing principles and methodologies
  • Excellent technical knowledge of HubSpot integrations, CRM syncs, and WordPress (or equivalent CMS)
