Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is a results-driven position where success in the first month will determine long-term employment with us.

  1. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in lead generation and email marketing, strong communication and persuasive writing skills, ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve sales targets.
About the Role:

This role involves identifying potential clients and generating quality leads through online research and outreach. The successful candidate will create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to convert leads into paying clients, achieving a monthly target of PKR 70,000 in sales.

The chosen candidate will maintain an organized database of leads and follow up as required. They will work closely with the team to strategize and refine lead generation processes.

Requirements:
  • Proven track record in lead generation and email marketing.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and achieve sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Benefits:

If you achieve the monthly target of PKR 70,000, you will receive a salary + commission. If sales hit at least PKR 40,000 but fall short of the target, commission will be paid for the first month. Failure to meet the first-month goal will not result in further collaboration.

Note: This role is unpaid for the first month. Compensation begins only upon achieving the set goals. Only serious candidates who are confident in delivering results should apply.
