About Our Behavioral Therapy Team

We're looking for a skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing lives through evidence-based therapeutic practices.


This position involves developing and implementing effective treatment plans, guiding junior therapists, and contributing to our comprehensive therapeutic programs.


Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans centered on evidence-based behavioral therapy principles.
  • Maintain progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Supervise and mentor junior therapists to uphold the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to provide holistic patient care.
  • Accurately maintain client records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field is required.
  • Licensure as a Behaviour Therapist is essential.
  • 1-2 years of experience in behavioural therapy is ideal.
  • Strong supervisory and communication skills are crucial.
  • The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team is necessary.

This is a full-time position requiring regular attendance at our clinic.
