Email Marketing Expert Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Designer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on designing engaging email creatives that drive results.

As an Email Marketing Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective email campaigns that meet the needs of our customers. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual elements with brand voice and messaging goals.

  • Design and develop high-converting email templates for campaigns, automations, and newsletters across multiple email platforms.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and growth strategists to ensure alignment between visual elements and brand messaging.
  • Create mobile-responsive designs that balance aesthetics with functionality and performance.
  • Contribute to A/B testing initiatives by designing and iterating on templates that improve open and click-through rates.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in designing email campaigns or templates.
  • A portfolio showcasing email designs, preferably with campaigns featuring high engagement or performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with major ESPs.
  • Strong understanding of design principles for conversion, including layout hierarchy, visual flow, and user experience within an email format.
  • Detail-oriented, feedback-friendly, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
