Sales Professional for Medical Billing Industry
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our client base in the medical billing sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, client acquisition, and revenue cycle management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities in the medical billing & RCM sector by analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, and hospitals through regular communication and site visits.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets by leveraging industry expertise and data analysis.
- Promote medical billing services to prospective clients through presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery of high-quality services.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in medical billing or healthcare BPO).
- Strong understanding of medical billing, RCM, and healthcare industry regulations.
- Excellent communication skills to negotiate and present complex information to clients.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets through effective time management and goal setting.
- Experience with CRM tools to manage leads and track sales performance.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
