We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the sales organization, you will be responsible for acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of our solution, including its capabilities.

You will attend meetings with prospects and clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated before producing a solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our solution and its applications.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality demonstrations that position our products as the best solution to prospective clients.
  • Provide technical solutions professionally and to agreed timeframes.
  • Create and confidently deliver technical presentations internally and externally.
  • Deliver training on solutions and provide product support to the sales team.
  • Ensure smooth transition from Sale to Delivery.
  • Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current solutions and provide input around new features.
Requirements:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales field with at least 2 years in pre-sales position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
  • Superb presentation skills, well-organized and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical staff.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
