Acumen Academy in Pakistan is seeking an exceptional leader to manage the launch, delivery, and growth of our flagship program.

About the Role

The Program Lead will report directly to the Country Director and be responsible for managing a team of professionals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing Fellowship Outreach, Selection, and Delivery
  • Accompanying The Foundry Initiative
  • Building Acumen Academy in Pakistan

Responsibilities include designing and executing Fellows' outreach and recruitment strategy, overseeing program operations, establishing relationships with stakeholders, and managing a team. The ideal candidate should have strong operational experience, ability to achieve targets independently, prioritize effectively, and be detail-oriented.

We are seeking a skilled leader who can build partnerships and secure funding support for Acumen Academy in Pakistan, engage local partners by managing grant reporting calendar, drafting reports for funders, writing quarterly partner updates, creating presentations for pitches to prospective investors, and establish new funding relationships for flagship programs as well as any new initiatives.

A graduate or master's degree in a related field is preferred. Strong verbal & written communication skills, and comfort representing Acumen Academy initiatives externally are essential. Familiarity and exposure to the field of social enterprise and poverty alleviation are preferred but not required.
