Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our data and analytics solutions team. As the Global Data Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and maintenance of complex data and analytic solutions.

This role requires strong technical management skills, project management, team building, mentoring and interpersonal skills. You will need to have a deep understanding of data architecture and an ability to work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to align data and analytics goals with broader company objectives, focusing on business value creation through data and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field (MS or MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in IT with 10 years + in data & analytics solution development, IP management, or a related field, with at least 4+ years in a leadership or senior management position.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing data-driven solutions (e.g., AI/ML models, analytics platforms, data pipelines) and managing a diverse IP portfolio.
  • Strong understanding of emerging trends in data analytics technologies, such as big data, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.
  • Deep technical knowledge in data analytics, machine learning, or related fields, combined with strong business acumen.
  • In-depth understanding of intellectual property laws, patent filings, and IP strategy in the technology sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a focus on fostering an innovative, collaborative environment
