Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive enterprise sales and strategic growth, expanding our revenue, market share, and forging impactful partnerships.

The ideal candidate excels in relationship building, client acquisition, and deal-making, with a sharp eye for AI, cloud, and digital transformation opportunities in Pakistan and the Middle East market.

This role involves identifying and developing new market opportunities, building and expanding strategic alliances with technology leaders, owning the end-to-end sales cycle, and managing and growing client relationships.

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities across Pakistan and the Middle East for AI, cloud, and digital transformation services
  • Build and expand strategic alliances with technology leaders such as AWS and Microsoft
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure for key accounts in Pakistan and the Middle East region
  • Manage and grow new and existing client relationships, ensuring upsells, renewals, and high client satisfaction
  • Oversee RFP responses, collaborating with technical, legal, and finance teams to submit winning bids
  • Track sales targets, pipeline health, and profitability per engagement
  • Drive long-term revenue strategies through co-selling partnerships, joint ventures, and potential M&A opportunities
  • Represent the organization as a thought leader in industry events, webinars, and C-level advisory sessions
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute lead generation and demand generation campaigns
  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers and successful client outcomes

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in a hybrid sales and business development role within IT services, AI, or digital transformation, with a strong network of connections within Fortune 500 companies, the broader tech ecosystem, and investor communities.

They will demonstrate success in closing deals and establishing impactful technology partnerships or alliances, with deep domain expertise in AI, cloud technologies, or enterprise software solutions, and outstanding skills in negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in a hybrid sales and business development role within IT services, AI, or digital transformation
