Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the point of contact between our General Manager and internal/external clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing diary and schedule meetings and appointments, making travel arrangements, taking dictation and minutes, sourcing office supplies, producing reports, presentations and briefs, and devising and maintaining an office filing system.

The ideal candidate will have proven work experience as a personal assistant/manager in a customs clearing company, knowledge of office management systems and procedures, MS Word & Excel and English proficiency, outstanding organisational and time management skills, up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload, and excellent verbal and written communications skills.
