We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to provide exceptional administrative support to our CEO/Director. This role requires a high level of organization, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
About the RoleThe Personal Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, with a focus on supporting senior-level executives.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO/Director, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and procedures to improve productivity and reduce errors.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A high level of proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
