- The ideal candidate will have experience with effective recruitment channels, including active and passive sourcing, and head hunting.
- Conducting talent acquisition visits to various recruitment venues, such as universities, open houses, job fairs, and on-site interviews, is essential to ensure employer branding.
- Ensuring the induction and training of new employees is a critical aspect of this role.
- The specialist will execute operational tasks, including verification, confirmation, transfer, headcount revision, and full and final settlement.
- Liaising with line managers to address disciplinary and grievance matters is also required.
- Evaluating internal and external equity for new inductions and retention is a key part of this role.
- Overseeing payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance, is an important task.
- Masters degree in HRM from a reputable institution.
- Previous experience in the fashion/textile/retail industry is essential.
- Excellent knowledge of local labor laws is required.
- Exceptional communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS applications is also required.
