Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Expert
with proven expertise in bulk hiring and end-to-end recruitment processes. The incumbent will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and onboarding top talent within the
retail, banking, or manufacturing sectors
. This role requires strong time management, the ability to deliver hiring targets within prescribed timelines, and resilience to work under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the
end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. - Execute
bulk hiring campaigns
for frontline, mid-level, and managerial positions within retail, banking, or manufacturing industries. - Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and deliver talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (job boards, recruitment agencies, professional networks, social media, job fairs, walk-ins, and employee referrals).
- Develop and maintain a
talent pipeline
aligned with future organizational needs. - Ensure
timely closure of open positions
within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). - Maintain strict compliance with organizational recruitment policies, labor laws, and ethical standards.
- Conduct
reference checks, salary negotiations, and offer roll-outs
. - Support onboarding and smooth assimilation of new hires into the organization.
- Generate and present recruitment metrics, dashboards, and hiring analysis reports to management.
- Build employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an
employer of choice
.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education:
Master's degree in Human Resource Management (MBA-HR preferred). - Experience:
3 – 5 years of
hands-on experience
in recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding. - Industry Background:
Only candidates with prior experience in
Retail, Banking, or Manufacturing
will be considered. - Not Eligible:
Candidates with experience limited to
BPO, Call Centres, or IT companies
. - Skills & Competencies:
- Proven ability to deliver on
bulk hiring targets
under strict deadlines. - Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to
work under pressure
and handle high-volume recruitment. - Analytical mindset with a focus on recruitment metrics and continuous improvement.
