Role Overview

The Relocation Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless household goods relocations, guaranteeing timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and high customer satisfaction. As the primary point of contact, they foster strong relationships with clients throughout the moving process.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Liaison – Serve as the single point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external partners; respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
  • Move Coordination & Execution – Coordinate and monitor packing, transport, storage, customs clearance, and final delivery for all moves.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Prepare shipping instructions, customs documentation, and invoices; ensure compliance with company procedures and international relocation standards.
  • Shipment Tracking – Maintain up-to-date shipment statuses using internal and external systems; proactively communicate delays or changes.
  • Issue Resolution – Handle service disruptions, claims, and exceptions promptly and professionally.
  • Financial Management – Work with vendors, Sales, Finance, and Billing to ensure accurate invoicing and collect prepayments from prepay customers before service delivery.
