  1. Asset Management: Ensuring the effective management of assets and resources.
  2. Purchasing: Coordinating purchasing activities to meet business needs.
  3. Branch Visits: Conducting regular visits to branches to resolve administrative queries and provide support.
  4. Admin MIS Management: Maintaining accurate records and reports using administrative management information systems.
  5. Additional Responsibilities: Performing any other tasks assigned by the manager to support the smooth operation of the office.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  1. Lahore Residency: Be a resident of Lahore.
  2. Good IT Skills: Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  3. Effective Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Punctuality and Responsibility: Be punctual and demonstrate a willingness to take responsibility for your work.
