Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Admin Officer to join our team at our Regional Office in Lahore. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Asset Management: Ensuring the effective management of assets and resources.
- Purchasing: Coordinating purchasing activities to meet business needs.
- Branch Visits: Conducting regular visits to branches to resolve administrative queries and provide support.
- Admin MIS Management: Maintaining accurate records and reports using administrative management information systems.
- Additional Responsibilities: Performing any other tasks assigned by the manager to support the smooth operation of the office.
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- Lahore Residency: Be a resident of Lahore.
- Good IT Skills: Demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Effective Communication: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctuality and Responsibility: Be punctual and demonstrate a willingness to take responsibility for your work.
