Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chatbot Operations Lead to manage daily chatbot operations, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality user engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the end-to-end operation of our chatbot project, including development, quality assurance, and deployment.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment, accountability, and effective communication.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance user experience, monitor interactions, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Support onboarding and training of new users, providing exceptional customer service and technical assistance.
  • Maintain accurate reports, dashboards, and project documentation, identifying areas for process improvements and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in managing or coordinating projects, preferably in tech or development sectors.
  • Hands-on knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Notion).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Interest and passion for digital solutions and social impact.
