About the Role:
Job RequirementsWe are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in an end-to-end sales or account management environment, including complex deal management.
The successful candidate will be able to build strong relationships with customers, understand their business challenges, and map them to Motive's offerings. They will also be able to present, negotiate, and overcome objections in a consultative environment.
Key Skills:
- Demonstrated success in an end-to-end sales or account management environment.
- Effective leadership or influencing skills with the capacity to manage both internal stakeholders and customer executives.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage decision-makers.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting, negotiating, and overcoming objections.
