Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for managing a select group of large US-based customers within a specialized book of business.

You will build strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and expansion, conducting thorough discovery to understand customer needs and developing tailored solutions.

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Present product demos and proposals to customers with complex needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver excellent customer service and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or relevant work experience in managing larger US-based accounts.
  • Proven software sales experience, particularly in managing high-value customers.
  • Demonstrated skill in complex deal management, from discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • In-depth experience driving contract renewals and revenue retention.
  • Leadership capability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
