Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team.

This is a full-time on-site role responsible for managing accounts payable, processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, maintaining records, and reconciling statements. The successful candidate will also provide general in-house accounting and regulatory telcom reporting support.

In addition to financial duties, the Administrative Assistant/Accounts Payable Specialist will handle administrative responsibilities such as handling phone calls, managing office communications, assisting executive staff with administrative tasks, and performing various clerical duties.

The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative assistance and executive administrative assistance skills, including communication and phone etiquette skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
