We are seeking a highly skilled CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Provisioning Packages: Setting up packages for new and existing accounts upon receiving invoices.
- Client Account Upgradation: Handling client account upgrades upon receiving invoices from various channels.
- Client Account Degradation: Managing client account degradation upon expiration, as well as handling other degradation requests.
- XML Feed Integration: Setting up XML feed integration.
- Clients Grievance Handling: Resolving clients' grievances by escalating issues related to Bayut.com reported by clients and account managers.
- Live Chat Support: Providing live chat support to web users.
- After Sales Support: Offering after sales support to account managers.
- Experience: 6 months - 1 year in email/chat support.
- Education: Graduate degree required.
- Location: Gulberg, Lahore.
- Shifts: Hybrid.
- Position Level: Entry Level.
- Language Skills: Excellent command over spoken and written English.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication with internal/external staff for day-to-day queries and quick fixes.
- Preferred Qualifications: Graduate with minimum 0.5 year experience.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer services role, preferably from a support/call center.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Computer Literacy: Working knowledge of computer software like MS Word and Excel.
