
Customer Support Professional

As a key point of contact for valued customers, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support via various channels.
Main responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Offering product and service information to customers.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience.
- Efficiently identifying and resolving customer problems or concerns.
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services.
Requirements:
- A stable internet connection, computer, and audio equipment are necessary for this onsite role.
- A standard 8-hour workday is expected with 6 days per week.
- Night Shifts are also available.
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education is beneficial.
Experience:
- At least two years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries are essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
- Basic English conversational skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is necessary.
