As a key point of contact for valued customers, you will be responsible for providing timely and professional support via various channels.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Responding to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
  2. Offering product and service information to customers.
  3. Resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience.
  4. Efficiently identifying and resolving customer problems or concerns.
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
  6. Maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

Requirements:

  1. A stable internet connection, computer, and audio equipment are necessary for this onsite role.
  2. A standard 8-hour workday is expected with 6 days per week.
  3. Night Shifts are also available.

Qualifications:

  1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional education is beneficial.

Experience:

  1. At least two years of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  2. Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage a high volume of customer inquiries are essential.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  4. Basic English conversational skills are mandatory.
  5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools is necessary.
