Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Support Professional to provide exceptional support to our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Use strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with our services.
  • Escalate Complex Issues: Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate department or team member for further assistance.
  • Document Interactions: Document and track customer interactions and issues as per company policies.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work collaboratively with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Have experience with SAP and other software like CRM is an advantage.
  • Team Player: Be able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
