Business Development Manager Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing lead generation and sales strategy, communicating with potential leads, and leading the CRM initiative.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, comfort with using tools such as Google AdWords and analytics, experience in CRM use for managing leads, and experience managing social media pages and interacting with followers.

In addition to the above responsibilities, the Business Development Manager will also be responsible for managing online and offline advertisement campaigns, constantly improving the company's website SEO, and managing the social media activity of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lead generation and sales strategy
  • Communicate with potential leads to build enough confidence to move them to a pre-sales phase
  • Lead the CRM initiative to manage leads better
  • Manage online and offline advertisement campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Campaigns, Events)
  • Constantly improve the company's website SEO working through blogs and active website improvements
  • Manage the social media activity of the company, improving the brand image for potential clients and future employees
  • Reporting/tracking on the status of all leads, SEO, and social media activity

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills preferably with a US, UK, or Australian accent
  • Comfort with using tools such as Google AdWords and analytics
  • Experience in CRM use for managing leads
  • Experience managing social media pages and interacting with followers
  • Knowledge of mobile apps space (Android/iOS), the new trends, what's hot and what's not
  • Experience in creating and managing company websites, including SEO, content updates, and blogging activity
  • Ideally a Bachelor's degree from a reputed institute or studying to earn a Bachelor's degree
