A maintenance planning executive plays a pivotal role in ensuring the optimal utilization of divisional assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to maximize tool/equipment utilization and streamline production support.
  • Collaborate with operations and planning teams to ensure seamless availability of tools/equipment for base maintenance operations.
  • Sources external loans to generate revenue from underutilized assets, driving cost savings and efficiency.
  • Manages the Bill of Tools (BOT) online folders and monitors tool loan processes, maintaining accuracy and reliability.
  • Analyzes cost benefits for tool purchasing and loaning decisions, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Maintains supplier and service provider contracts, ensuring validity and service levels meet quality and financial compliance requirements.
  • Develops and updates processes and SOPs to meet evolving needs and enhance process efficiencies, promoting continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics) or Business.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment with excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is advantageous for efficient data management and analysis.
  • Related experience in Base Maintenance or aircraft hangar environments can be beneficial for understanding complex systems and processes.
