Spanish CSR Job Opportunity

We are hiring a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our team in Islamabad. This role offers a unique chance to provide exceptional customer support and be part of a vibrant, team-oriented workplace.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat.
  2. Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  3. Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Work on-site at our office in Islamabad.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in Spanish (C1/C2 level) + English (B2+).
  2. Prior experience in customer service is preferred, but freshers with strong language skills can also apply.
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools is an asset.
  4. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  5. Availability to work on-site full-time in Islamabad.
