Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead our team of talented engineers in delivering high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of education and make a lasting impact on students' lives.

This role requires 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, ideally at different levels of scale, and 2+ years of experience managing software engineers. The ideal candidate will be able to plan, estimate, and manage the technical aspects of project execution and delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Drive high-performance software delivery for a team of engineers
  • Foster a culture of ownership and continuous learning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the product roadmap
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle
  • Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience as a software engineer
  • 2+ years of experience managing software engineers
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to autonomously lead the squad
  • Deep curiosity, customer empathy, and commitment to engineering as a craft
