Job Summary

A high-performing IT leader is sought to oversee the development of an effective IT strategy aligned with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, ERP, LIMS, CRM, and enterprise systems.
  • E nsure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, cybersecurity, and governance frameworks.
  • Manage IT portfolios, vendors, and digital transformation projects to drive business growth.
  • Build and mentor a skilled IT team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive IT strategy and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years' IT experience, including 5+ years in leadership.
  • Strong experience in pharma/healthcare/manufacturing preferred.
  • Expertise in ERP, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
