Data Analytics Specialist

We are seeking a talented Data Analytics Specialist to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in data modeling, ETL processes, and dashboard development, as well as proficiency in SQL and database management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy data analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Develop and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for business users.
  • Work with SQL and data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) to ensure data accuracy and performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Optimize query performance and ensure efficient data retrieval.
  • Implement data governance and security measures to ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data analytics-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up to date with the latest data analytics trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management.
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QlikView, or similar.
  • Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Talend, Apache Nifi) and data pipelines.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling (star/snowflake schemas), data warehousing, and OLAP concepts.
  • Experience with cloud-based data analytics solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Ability to work with large datasets and optimize queries for performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business stakeholders.
