Job Title: Talent Management Specialist

This role is responsible for leading the recruitment and selection process, employee onboarding, performance management, payroll administration, benefits coordination, and HR policy formulation.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in IT professionals.\
  3. Design and deliver orientation programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.\
  4. Conduct regular performance reviews with team leads/managers to gather feedback on employee performance and identify areas for improvement.\
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including payroll and benefits information.\
  6. Collaborate with teams to provide support for various projects and initiatives.\
  7. Address employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.\
  8. Formulate and implement HR policies and strategies in consultation with senior management.\
  9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.\
  10. Required Qualifications:\

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.\
  • Proven knowledge of HRM principles and best practices.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.\
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications and data analysis tools.\
