Job Overview

The role of an Assistant Safety Professional involves providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations and optimal working conditions in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of mastering new tasks with minimal supervision, be a team player and work under pressure in challenging situations.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime.
  • Support the hiring process by coordinating interviews and onboarding activities.
  • Provide administrative support to relevant personnel within divisions as assigned.
  • Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and following up on ordered materials.
  • Conduct internal/external service quality surveys to assess departmental performance.
Requirements
  • Intermediate level education; a graduate degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of office work experience, preferably with secretarial training.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other computer applications.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for public dealing.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
