About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in franchise sales to lead our team and develop a multi-year growth strategy for the territory. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in meeting sales objectives and building relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a multi-year growth strategy for the territory, focusing on marketing trade area opportunities and generating new sales leads.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Franchise Development and Sales Associates to conduct in-market meetings with prospective franchisees and promote the brand and business passionately and knowledgeably.
  • Maintain relationships with brokers and developers within the market, identifying new business opportunities and achieving Quarterly sales objectives through regular tracking and progress reports.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Franchise Sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Problem-solving skills, with a focus on win/win solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to review and understand financial statements and legal documents.
  • Self-motivation, advanced organizational, and time management skills, with frequent travel required for market visits and prospective franchisee meetings (75% of work time).
