About The RoleAs a Territory Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team, driving sales growth, and exceeding sales targets. You will craft and execute effective field sales strategies, lead engaging training sessions, and facilitate collaboration across departments ensuring unified support for all sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive sales growth, guiding your team to achieve or outdo sales benchmarks.
- Lead high-performing sales teams, empowering them to drive growth and exceed sales targets.
- Craft and execute effective field sales strategies that maximize reach and visibility across your territory.
- Facilitate collaboration across departments ensuring unified support for all sales initiatives.
- Solid background in field sales, with a preference for familiarity in consumer goods.
- Exceptional team leadership with a flair for managing and mentoring.
- Adept in communication, building strong relationships across levels and fields.
- Steadfast and goal-oriented, with a history of achieving sales targets.
- Educated to degree level in Business, Marketing, or similar.
