HR Generalist

We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing and improving our human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management.

The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and passionate about building strong teams and maintaining a healthy work environment. Key responsibilities include:

* Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
* Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
* Organize onboarding and orientation for new hires
* Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance
* Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leaves
* Plan training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs
* Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations
* Support a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts professionally
* Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring and HR needs

Requirements for the role include:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
* 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably in a tech or software company)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.)
* Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
* Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
