We're looking for an HR professional who can manage and improve our human resources functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and passionate about building strong teams and maintaining a healthy work environment.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
• Organize onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance
• Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leaves
• Plan training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs
• Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations
• Support a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts professionally
• Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring and HR needs
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably in a tech or software company)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.)
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
