We're looking for an HR professional who can manage and improve our human resources functions — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. The ideal candidate is organized, approachable, and passionate about building strong teams and maintaining a healthy work environment.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Organize onboarding and orientation for new hires
- Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance, and leaves
- Plan training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations
- Support a positive workplace culture and resolve conflicts professionally
- Coordinate with team leads to understand hiring and HR needs
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in HR (preferably in a tech or software company)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with HR software/tools (e.g., Zoho People, BambooHR, etc.)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
