Financial Transactions Specialist

As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for recording financial transactions and completing the posting process. You will also reconcile sales taxes, payroll taxes, 401k, and bank accounts at the end of each month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor financial reports and records
  • Process accounts receivable and payable transactions
  • Maintain a comprehensive financial filing system
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all financial information

You will work closely with our accounting team to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or Xero are required.

To succeed in this role, you should have proven experience in bookkeeping and a solid understanding of basic accounting principles. Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers are also essential.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration is a plus, but not required.
