We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for processing payments related to contracts, capital expenditures, rentals, utilities, refunds, and employee claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the payment processing workflow, ensuring timely settlements with banks, treasury, vendors, tax authorities, and internal teams.
  • Process outgoing payments in accordance with company financial policies and procedures.
  • Verify e-invoices, coordinate internal verification with end-user teams, and perform daily financial transactions, including account payable data recording and classification.
  • Execute three-way invoice matching, confirm budget availability, and prepare monthly reports on GST/WHT, accruals, and liabilities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field; professional certifications (CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA) are highly desirable.
  • At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, and bookkeeping, preferably in an ERP-based environment.
  • Telecom industry experience is a plus.
Technical Competencies
  • Thorough understanding of finance, accounting principles, and IT applications.
  • Proven ability to manage accounting figures, financial records, and ERP systems.
  • Working knowledge of income tax, sales tax, and company laws.
