Financial Transactions Specialist

Advance Construction Company is seeking a skilled Financial Transactions Specialist to join its expanding financial department. This dynamic role involves ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions, records, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Enter financial data into internal databases with precision.
  2. Maintain digital and physical financial records in an organized manner.
  3. Prepare various types of vouchers to facilitate seamless transactions.
  4. Verify payments, amounts, and records for accuracy and compliance.
  5. Collaborate in preparing invoices and expense reports to ensure transparency.
  6. Analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
  7. Conduct research to support budgeting and financial forecasting initiatives.
  8. Review financial documents and journal entries for accuracy and completeness.
  9. File documents securely and efficiently.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in QuickBooks and ability to learn new software quickly.
  2. 2-3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
  3. Degree in Accounting and Finance or related field with excellent interpersonal skills.
  4. Confidence, energy, and a strong work ethic.
  5. A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a drive to deliver results.
