We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Risk Management Associate to join our organization and contribute to the effective implementation of our Enterprise Risk Management framework.
The ideal candidate will assist in identifying key risk areas, mapping these with internal controls, and preparing a comprehensive Risk Inventory Register that aligns with our Risk Appetite.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the development of risk management dashboards and MIS for senior management review.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in risk management and suggesting best practices for adoption.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Risk Management function, preferably in a financial institution or fintech company.
- Overall experience of at least 3-4 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- The ability to multitask, set priorities, and be proactive and self-motivated.
