Key Responsibilities:

* Assist the compliance manager in ensuring the organization meets all regulatory requirements.

* Support the preparation and maintenance of compliance documentation, policies, and procedures.

* Provide support in the regular reviews and audits of compliance processes.

* Assist in maintaining updated records for regulatory inspections and audits.

* Collaborate with internal teams to gather and provide compliance-related information.

* Monitor updates in regulatory frameworks and industry practices, ensuring the team is informed of key changes.

* Provide administrative support for compliance-related projects and initiatives.

* Handle day-to-day compliance queries and provide timely resolutions or escalate as needed.

* Support strategic compliance operations by assisting in data analysis, reporting, and research related to regulatory trends and industry best practices.

* Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the organization's compliance framework and regulatory engagement.

Job Specifications:

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Familiarity with compliance tools, regulatory frameworks, and risk management practices is a plus, particularly in using these tools to inform and shape strategic compliance initiatives and support decision-making processes.

* Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
