Quality Assurance Specialist

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of products to guarantee they meet predetermined quality standards.
  • Establish and implement quality metrics to monitor improvements in products, defining benchmarks for reliability and performance of production.
  • Execute quality improvement assessments and activities, adhering to industry-established quality and safety standards.
  • Develop streamlined processes to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure products meet customer expectations by maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Identify errors and issues, creating comprehensive reports to document problems and propose corrective measures.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably within the pharma industry.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS-Excel (Stats/Graphs) and analytical abilities.
