Job Title: Healthcare Business Development Coordinator

The job role is to coordinate sales and marketing efforts for a clinical laboratory in Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve test volumes, revenue, and budget targets.

  • Visit doctors to create awareness about the laboratory's quality and services
  • Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions in major hospitals
  • Achieve set targets by developing effective strategies
  • Discuss issues with doctors related to lab tests/services, ensure feedback from the laboratory, and maintain records
  • Collect data on referring physicians, hospitals, clinics, patients referred, number of tests conducted, and revenue generated on a monthly basis
  • Perform quality, safety, and financial audits at assigned collection points
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
  • At least two years of relevant experience in healthcare organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication and persuasion skills
  • Sound knowledge of computer software, especially MS Office
  • Ability to work in shifts and travel as required
