Job Overview:

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Your responsibilities include overseeing invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, and financial reporting. Your expertise will be vital in supporting informed financial decisions and enhancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee invoicing processes and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely transactions.
  • Develop and manage budgeting processes, offering insights for cost control.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and financial reporting.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to track financial interactions.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial reports to leadership.
  • Identify and implement improvements for financial processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and compliance.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Address financial issues and concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum of 3.5 years of accounting experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and accounting skills.
  • Solid understanding of GAAP and relevant regulations.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
  • Experience with audit preparations (CPA or CMA preferred).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
