We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Business Operations Manager to join our team at Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. in Lahore.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that all tasks and projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain a shared Outlook calendar system for all offices, ensuring regular updates by incumbents.
  • Attend meetings, prepare or collect minutes, and follow up on deliverables, keeping MOMs organized and updated on the file server.
  • Organize and conduct weekly follow-up meetings with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Maintain and update People I (technical) documents and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the CEOs meeting schedule for the entire group, coordinating logistics and arranging necessary materials.
  • Coordinate quarterly board meetings and AGMs, ensuring accurate maintenance of board resolutions and minute books.
  • Ensure compliance with SECP regulations, including accurate record-keeping and annual filings.
  • Handle CEOs office cash management and manage special projects as assigned, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or a related field.
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and presentation abilities.
