Job Title: Executive Assistant
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO with administrative, communication, and project coordination tasks at Gigalabs (Pvt) Ltd. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage the CEOs daily activities, enhance productivity, and act as a reliable point of contact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Manage the CEOs calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and handle daily logistics to ensure smooth operations.
- Communication Management: Draft and review correspondence, prepare reports, and facilitate communication between the CEO and internal/external contacts.
- Project Coordination: Assist with ongoing projects, track timelines, and help organize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Document and File Management: Maintain organized files and records, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and up-to-date.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute virtual and in-person meetings, prepare agendas, and coordinate any necessary arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Soft Skills: Proactive, adaptable, and excellent interpersonal skills.
