We are seeking a Wellness Coach to join our team.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about promoting wellness and making a positive impact on the lives of others. As a Wellness Coach, you will have the chance to work in a values-based environment, fostering a culture of health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and surrounding areas in the wellness area.
  • Engage with members to promote wellness activities and provide personalized coaching.
  • Conduct training sessions, orientations, and evaluations as scheduled to support member development.
  • Clean the wellness area daily and maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
  1. Be at least 18 years old.
  2. Have a minimum of 6 months experience in the wellness field.
  3. OBTAIN CPR/First Aid/AED/O2 certification within 60 days of employment.
  4. PASS a satisfactory criminal background check and Child Protective Services check.
Desired Qualities
  • Effectively respond to inquiries or complaints.
  • Prepare and teach required classes with ease.
  • Demonstrate adequate hearing and ability to distinguish distress signals.
  • Communicate verbally, including projecting voice across distance in normal and loud situations.
