As a seasoned security leader, you will oversee the development and implementation of an information security program that protects our bank's assets and maintains customer trust.

The role involves managing cybersecurity measures, conducting network security assessments, and developing security policies. You will work closely with departments to align security measures with business objectives and legal requirements.

  • This position requires an academic degree in Cybersecurity or a related IT discipline, with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience. Preference is given to candidates with experience as a Unit Head or equivalent in a banking environment.
  • You must have strong cybersecurity skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical thinking. Collaborative teamwork is essential for this role.
  • A background in the financial services industry is desirable but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an enterprise-wide information security program that aligns with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities using risk management procedures, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.
  • Establish and enforce robust security policies, guidelines, and practices to protect our infrastructure and assets.
  • Respond effectively to cyberattacks and security incidents, ensuring minimal impact on our operations.
  • Manage data breaches and security incidents with appropriate response strategies, minimizing reputational damage and financial losses.
  • Lead the information security team, including hiring, training, and mentoring, to ensure we have the necessary expertise to address emerging threats.
  • Collaborate with departments to align security measures with business objectives and legal requirements, promoting a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with security threats, risks, and best practices, recommending security technologies and solutions to improve our defenses.
